What level of education does your realtor possess?

American Realty Group only hires individuals with the highest credentials. Most of our team members have graduate degrees in Business or other related studies in addition to highly recognized certifications in the industry. Most of our team members are real estate brokers and not real estate salespersons. We believe it is important that you have a seasoned professional working to assist you in the purchase or sale of your home. The number of real estate professionals at a particular agency is irrelevant to you. You want to know who will be assigned to your project and the expertise they bring to the transaction.

How many years has the broker been licensed?

Some of the larger firms have recently licensed salespersons or assistants who are not licensed to aid with the administrative tasks. Find out who you will be dealing with throughout your transaction. We believe that call centers DO NOT sell properties. The average licensed broker at our firm has over 15 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker and deals with their clients directly.

How long has the broker been affiliated with the company they are working as a consultant for?

Make sure that the broker is stable and has been associated with the firm for at least 5 years.

Contact your bank representative and ask for a pre-approval letter showing
the maximum dollar amount you will be approved for financing purposes.

How will you find your new home?

As a member of the National Association of Realtors, we can create a profile
which includes your wish list. This system will set up an automatic email
notification that will email you homes the day they are listed.
This will give you an advantage over other buyers looking in the same
area. This will also save you time by eliminating the homes that we
know would not meet your minimum criteria. There are also several
websites that show many of the homes on the market currently for sale.
